"I'm an eclectic artist..."

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Sidney found the western mountains and plains to be a perfect environment to inspire an artist.  She was admitted into the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2006 as a Sequential Art student, finding great pleasure in character design and storytelling through vivid and expressive comic books.

After taking a class in storyboarding, Sidney rekindled the passion she had for film making.  It only took a few short films to get her hitched.  In 2010, Sidney graduated from SCAD with a BFA in Film & Television Production and a minor in Creative Writing.  Though a "jack-of-all trades,"  she focuses on the craft of directing and writing.  She then completed an extended internship with Lightstream Pictures in Los Angeles, CA.

To further her studies and refine her craft, she returned to SCAD in 2012 and has completed an MFA in Film & Television Production.  She has now started an online channel called "Art School Geek" - a series that shares tutorials and workshops of everything creative and nerdy she learned in art school.  She also has a biopic film called "Tesla" in production, which follows the struggles and achievements of inventor Nikola Tesla and his rivalry with Thomas Edison.

Sidney currently works as the Lead Videographer for Microsoft Bing Maps, and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado in Denver.
